1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services offered by SOSLICENCE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), including software licenses and digital products sold through our website (soslicence.com). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Any differing agreements are only recognized if we have expressly confirmed them in writing.

Our business relations with customers are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except for cases governed by international private law. For consumers, the choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of protections granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

3. Products and Services

SOSLicence offers software licenses, both new and used. New software licenses are available globally, while used software licenses are offered only to customers in Europe and the UK due to regional legal restrictions.

4. Contract Formation

The purchase contract is concluded as follows:

  • By clicking the “Order with Payment” button, you place a binding order for the software licenses in your cart. You can review and correct your order before submitting it using the standard keyboard and mouse functions. All entries will be displayed again in a confirmation window before the order is submitted and can be corrected using the same methods.
  • If you choose a payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Stripe, the contract is formed when the payment is confirmed by the respective payment service provider or when the payment is successfully processed.
  • The contract is generally concluded when we accept your order through a confirmation email within three business days.

You will receive the contract text along with these Terms and our cancellation policy. You will also receive the licensing conditions of the software rights holder for the license key you have purchased.

10. Licensing Terms and Conditions

Along with the provision of a license key, the seller will supply a download link and documentation related to the software. Upon full payment, the seller transfers to the buyer a license right to the software purchased, subject to the licensing terms of the software rights holder. The software may only be used in accordance with the licensing conditions set by the rights holder.

The licensing terms must be clearly visible in the product description before the customer places an order and must be made available for download.
