1. Introduction & Legal Framework
By accessing or purchasing from SOSLICENCE OÜ (soslicence.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise, these Terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Agreements that differ from these Terms are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.

2. Products, Orders & Payment
How Orders Work:
An order is placed when you click “Order with Payment.” The contract becomes valid once payment is confirmed or we send an order confirmation within three business days. You’ll receive the contract details, cancellation policy, and licensing terms via email.
Payment Terms:
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. All prices include taxes and are shown in the selected currency. Payment is required before license delivery.
Delivery:
Licenses are delivered digitally via email, usually within minutes of order completion.
Returns/Refunds:
No returns on activated licenses. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if a license is defective or malfunctioning. Proof may be required.
3. User Accounts, Website Use & Licensing
Accounts:
Creating an account is mandatory to purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, using strong passwords, and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You may request account deletion at any time.
Website Conduct:
Users must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity. User-generated content is currently not supported.
Licensing:
Upon payment, you receive a license to use the software in accordance with the rights holder’s terms, which will be provided alongside the license key and download link. These terms are visible before purchase and available for download.
Intellectual Property:
All website content is owned by SOSLICENCE OÜ or its partners and may not be used without permission.
4. Liability, Disputes & Final Provisions
Liability:
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law:
These Terms follow the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to its courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution:
We encourage direct contact for dispute resolution. If needed, mediation or arbitration may be used. EU residents may use the online platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ODR.
Termination:
We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms without notice.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Third-Party Links:
We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Privacy:
Data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
